We've redesigned our whole site and just putting the final touches on before launching! After months of research and planning, our new website will provide clients, both new and established, with all the information you need to get started or continue your pilates journey with us.
30 minute classes all done for the summer
We recently got a big influx of calls from new private clients, so to make life easier for the instructors and good for our new clients schedules, the 30 minute classes are going on vacation for a bit. We will try to get some of these classes back up on the schedule in the future as we've met so many new people and had so much fun so far...make sure to sign up for our newsletter to stay informed of workshops and free events coming this Fall!

Tell me more about 8 week sessions
A session is a period of 8 weeks in which we offer a specific program of classes. When you register for a session, you register for a specific class that meets on a specific day and time for the duration of the session. (the means if you register for Pilates Mat at Wednesdays at noon, you are reserving a spot in that particular class on every Wednesday for the duration of the 8 week session)
Sessions are beneficial because they allow your instructor to tailor the session in a way that builds and develops each week. It also helps instructors become familiar with a clients personal fitness goals or any injuries or rehabilitation that might require avoidance of certain exercises. Missed classes can me made up during the current session.
Q: I just found your studio, can I join mid-session?
Absolutely. Email us or give us a call and we'll help find the proper level class day & time to suit your needs. We can get you started right away?
Q: What if I would like a couple of private 1 on 1 instruction classes first, to get used to the equipment before joining a group class?
Private training is a great way to get a jump on your learning of Pilates Equipment. Let us know your needs and we can work out the perfect combination of Private training and group classes with you.
